1. Admin
- Manage and supervise office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle vendor negotiations, contracts, and office infrastructure maintenance.
- Oversee and support office staff in administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with office safety, health, and hygiene standards.
- Prepare and manage reports, budgets, and documents for management review.
2. Human Resources
- Oversee recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Collaborate with job boards to optimize recruitment costs.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records, track attendance, and manage HR databases.
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances.
- Draft and manage contracts and employee records.
