Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML-powered applications using Python, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new AI features and applications.
Lead the design and implementation of robust, secure, and scalable back-end solutions for AI models.
Integrate machine learning algorithms into production systems, including model training, deployment, and monitoring.
Develop and optimize codebases for performance, ensuring low latency and high availability.
Collaborate with data scientists to build and deploy data pipelines, preprocess data, and manage datasets efficiently.
Work with cloud infrastructure (Azure) to scale machine learning models, manage resources, and ensure system reliability.
Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices for code quality, maintainability, and scalability.
Continuously explore and evaluate new AI/ML frameworks, libraries, and techniques to integrate them into our AI solutions.
Ensure compliance with data security and privacy standards, particularly when working with sensitive or regulated data

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python.
Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and other AI techniques.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and experience with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and experience deploying AI models on cloud infrastructure.
Experience with software development practices, including version control, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to debug complex issues and optimize application performance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Must have strong English verbal and written communication.
