We are looking for excellent engineers who can research & develop AI solutions. You will be given a chance to work on different real-world problems in various business domains of Toshiba using the latest technologies. You will sharpen your skills by constantly sharing with other senior members in our team or collaborating with experts in Toshiba R&D groups in Japan. The working environment is open, flexible, collaborative, encouraging, and excellence-oriented. Senior candidates with proven leadership & management skills will have opportunities for leadership roles.

• Bachelor or higher in information and communication technology, related engineering, or mathematics.
• Approximately 3 years of experience working on real AI projects in an industry environment.
Knowledge/Skills
• Strong analytical skills and mindset.
• Solid background in Maths and Computer Science.
• Proficient in software engineering skills and fluent in one of the following programming languages: Python, C++, Java (Python is most preferred).
• Demonstrated practical experience in developing Generative AI/LLM applications through real and impactful projects.
