Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from various departments and translating them into technical specifications. Support the team in analyzing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Participate in system enhancements and new feature implementations under the guidance of experienced business analysts. Provide support in preparing reports, presentations, and process documentation for internal stakeholders. Assist in user training and creating instructional materials for system updates or new features. Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure successful project delivery and effective communication between departments. Conduct research and provide insights on industry trends and best practices in business process management.

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and break down business processes. Proficient in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus. Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or POS systems is an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
