1.Receive system development requirements from operational units, thereby analyzing and clarifying actual requirements
2.Feedback feasibility of the above requirements to operational units and provide appropriate development solutions
3.Coordinate with internal IT teams to conduct analysis and internal testing of the above requirements before deployment to UAT environment
4.Receive incident notification tickets on production environment
5.Coordinate with internal IT teams (software development, network infrastructure and systems etc.) to troubleshoot problems

1.Bachelor degree or higher with Information System or Information Technology major is priority
2.Have at least 3 year of experience in the position of Business Analyst
3.Are fluent in English communication, good reading and writing
4. Bachelor Degree or higher, in Information System or Information Technology major
