Act as a trusted consultant to our clients and implementation partners Formulates and defines project scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements Gather define and prioritize requirements of the project in close collaboration with the client; come up with the optimal solution for the product Maintain and verify requirements specifications according to established baselines Support the engineering team throughout the delivery process to iron out ambiguity or complexity Create flow diagrams to get to grips with process issues, bottlenecks and guide other team members in their understanding of the subject matter Participate in all Agile/Scrum activities company-wide and contribute ideas for continuous improvement

Have experience as a Software Business Analyst Understand and apply fully BA’s task and process Korean ability (Topik 4+) Good listening and interviewing skills to understand a customer’s business environment and processes Knowledge of wire-frame prototype designing Knowledge of agile development and sprint methodology Detail-oriented, logic mindset and systematic thinking Master problem analyzing, problem solving skills Studied or worked in Korea are advantages Sale and pre-sale experience are advantages Technical knowledge is a plus (API, SQL,...)
Have experience as a Software Business Analyst
Understand and apply fully BA’s task and process
Korean ability (Topik 4+)
Good listening and interviewing skills to understand a customer’s business environment and processes
Knowledge of wire-frame prototype designing
Knowledge of agile development and sprint methodology
Detail-oriented, logic mindset and systematic thinking
Master problem analyzing, problem solving skills
Studied or worked in Korea are advantages
Sale and pre-sale experience are advantages
Technical knowledge is a plus (API, SQL,...)
