Analyze requirements and work closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business needs. Perform manual testing to validate application functionality and quality. Participate in preparing test documents (test cases, test plans) and create testing strategies. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure business objectives are met. Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Hands-on experience with manual testing, including writing and executing test cases. Solid understanding of the SDLC (software development lifecycle) and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders. Experience using project management and testing tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. English: reading, writing.
