Mô Tả Công Việc Business Analyst Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận
Receive, clarify, analyze, and consult on business requirements from stakeholders.
Create mock-up/wireframe, detailed and professional documentation.
Provide accurate and comprehensive information to technical teams.
Working closely with Develop and QC teams to clearly understand requirements and solutions.
Update continuously the changes in functionality of the product which stakeholders require.
Follow, report and create software contract during the project.
Create user guidance documentation, conduct demo and present the product for user.
Other support tasks.

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in a BA role.
Technical requirements
Ability to use tool (Click-up).
Proficiency in ULM, BPMN, Figma tool.
Ability to explain technical concepts to end-users in understandable terms.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Effective planning and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic English reading, writing, and communication skills.
Nice to Have
Experience working on project CRM, Portal, and Website.
Ability to work as soon as possible.
BA related qualification is a plus.
