Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads through various channels such as cold outreach, calls, emails, and other methods.
Collaborate with sales teams to pass on qualified leads for further engagement.
Manage and nurture relationships with potential clients or partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve growth objectives.
Formulate and implement high-level strategies for business expansion.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders or services.

Minimum of 2 years experience in Business Development position (IT industry), especially in SEA Market

Fluent in English speaking (must-have)
Preferable skills: deal-closing, partner management
Having experience or knowledge of ERP/CRM systems is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Good use of social media and content management systems
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce,…)
