Responsibilities
The following Scope of Work is for the clients.
• Preparation and review of Tax Due Diligence and Financial Due Diligence
• Researches in tax and financial matters when entering to Vietnamese market
• Tax structuring researchs for mergers, acquisitions and restructuring of operations, including analysis of tax loss carryforwards and unrealized profits
• Financial modelling and valuation
• Monthly, quarterly and annual accounting and taxation work (including audit support)
• Transfer pricing taxation
• Tax-related HR work (including social security calculations and procedures, payroll-related calculations, etc.)
• Tax Audit-related work
• Other tax and financial services requested by clients.
