- Supervise and manage the daily activities of the tax and accounting consulting service team to provide tax consulting and accounting services to domestic and foreign clients;
- Directly perform tax and accounting consulting services under the supervision of Senior Manager - Tax and Consulting services;
- Manage and lead the tax staff and associate consultants;
- Self-develop and develop tax consultants and associates following Career Development Ladder of RSM Vietnam and their career inspirations;
- Build personal values in accordance with RSM Vietnam’s core values;
- Network and develop new customers and identify new business opportunities;

- University graduate or higher majoring in accounting, auditing, finance, law;
- At least 2 years of experience as a tax consultant, accounting or auditing (priority is given to candidates who have experience as a tax consultant at a company in the Top 10 leading auditing companies in Vietnam);
- Priority is given to candidates with ACCA, Australian CPA or foreign Master's degrees;
- Priority is given to candidates who have experience working with FDI enterprises;
