Key responsibilities
• Assisting clients in handling all licensing and regulatory compliance requirements
• Drafting and preparing all types of corporate, investment and business related agreements and documents
• Participating in the M&A team in performing due diligence, structuring, negotiating and contracting
• Coordinating with other KPMG service lines’ teams in comprehensive business or deal advice / transaction
• Developing and maintaining client relationship
• Mentoring and coaching legal assistants
