Your responsibility is to focus on the hiring activities for clients of HR Outsourcing Solutions, the key responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant/ Senior Recruitment Consultant include:
• Advising on and selling the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
• Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
• Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client
• Managing the process through interviews to offer stage and beyond
• Building up a huge network of useful contacts

• You have a bachelor’s degree (international education is preferred)
• Work experience in start-ups is preferred
• Work experience in Financial Services is preferred
• Relevant work experience or sales experience for at least 6 months for Recruitment Consultant, at least 3 years for Senior Senior Recruitment Consultant
• A proficiency in both written and spoken English
