Work closely with operation team to determine training needs in term of soft skills (sales, negotiation, leadership...) and product knowledge both for store managers and sale staff.
Design and execute training/orientation programs for store teams.
Conduct onboarding training sessions for new hires.
Coordinate, design and organize training sessions for products/brands for every new product lines.
Design test/program to follow up post-training and re-train if needed.
Advise salespeople how to upsell products and services.
Reinforce the sales skills of the store team monthly to ensure KPIs are met in retail.
Act as a consultant to store staff for challenges they have on the job.
Maintain updated records of training curriculum and material.
Other tasks assigned.

Good at English communication: oral, written and translation.
