Mô Tả Công Việc Chuyên viên khách hàng doanh nghiệp Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận
I. Objective of the function:
• Responsible for handling customer orders and requests for customers in the North
• Support CS/Sales Team to deliver the highest possible standard of services to achieve agreed delivery target
• Report directly to Customer Service Manager
II. Main responsibilities:
• Proceed color development (CDE creation) & customer’s orders in Amann system
• Respond and ensure customer enquiries and requests are addressed timely
• Coordinate with sales team, other internal teams and suppliers to ensure the product quality and services are met with customers’ requirements
• Handle customer complaints (including create the complaint into QDA system) according to Amann procedures and service standard
• Proactively communicate with customers to update about orders and development status
• Proactively share among the teams Sales, Planning, Operations about customer requirements to maintain customer service level
• Proactively share among the team about new initiatives, new developments and products requirement, issues for improve team performance
• Assist and back up other team members and provide supports and report to Manager
