The IT PMO Head provides leadership and governance to a team of Technical Project Managers. This role will work closely with the Tech Center and PQA Team to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs. With an experienced and talented IT PM team, he/she ensures successful project delivery that meets project goals or business transformation objectives. The role directly reports to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor the project management team, ensuring high performance and
continuous improvement.
• Define roles and set goals, objectives, and KPIs for the team.
• Provide guidance, training, and coaching to enhance project management capabilities.
• Oversee the execution of project strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Develop and implement project management processes, methodologies, and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in PMO processes for efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align project priorities and resources.
• Manage resource allocation, ensuring teams have the right skills and tools.
• Provide performance reports, including status updates, budget tracking, and risk
assessments.
