- Manage and oversee process controls in raw cable production.
- Establish clear, repeatable manufacturing procedures for operators to follow.
- Develop comprehensive work instructions.
- Train operators on correct procedures, tools, and work instructions.
- Maintain and update all manufacturing instructions in a controlled manner.
- Define and configure industrial engineering parameters for raw cable production.
- Identify and resolve process and quality issues caused by material, equipment, or process inconsistencies.
- Assist quality and production teams in diagnosing and solving product quality concerns, including making MRB decisions when required.
- Monitor and document raw cable and assembly projects, recording process parameters, test outcomes, and implementation steps in line with ISO-9001 guidelines.
