Data Analysis:
- Develop and maintain databases to support operational efficiency.
- Analyze key operational indicators (KPIs) and customize insights to meet departmental requirements.
- Produce detailed operational reports in response to management requests.
- Utilize statistical methods for rigorous data analysis and validation.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns and insights.
- Translate complex data findings into clear and concise business insights.
- Effectively present data insights to stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
Data Interpretation and Reporting:
- Interpret and communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences in a clear and understandable manner.
- Develop and deliver compelling data visualizations and reports to present insights and recommendations.
Data Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product) to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure data quality and integrity.
Data Management:
- Extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
- Maintain databases and data systems necessary for analytics.
- Other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a Data Analyst role within a product company. Experience in the e-commerce domain is a strong plus.
Experience:
Technical Skills:
- Strong programming skills in SQL and Python.
- Proficiency in using DBT and AWS Glue for data transformation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.

- Ability to effectively communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
