Work with board members and business leaders to understand their data needs and translate those into technical requirements
Analyze business data to generate actionable insights that inform decisions and improve operational efficiency. Present reports/data insights in a clear and understandable way to both technical and non-technical teams
Perform analysis of datasets to develop business metrics, identify patterns, trends, and relationships within the data.
Develop and maintain data models, and visualizations for ongoing business operations and ad-hoc tasks.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reports by validating and cleaning datasets

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Quantitative Analysis, Computer Science, Information Technology
Desired experience: From 3 years of hands-on experience in areas of data analysis, reporting and planning, problem-solving for business
Experience in querying databases (SQL) and using programming languages (Python)
Nice to have experiences in AWS Athena, Snowflake
Strong experience in BI tool in Tableau to create actionable reports, dashboards
Nice to have experience in Version control (Git), Jira, Confluence
Nice to have experiences working in Agile teams and understanding of Agile principles, practices and Scrum methodologies
Conversational English skills for effective and fluent communication with clients
