Develop and manage the company’s data lake and CDP, handling both batch and real-time data integration.
Use IBM DataStage, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Confluent Cloud (Kafka) to collect, verify, and transform data.
Implement data pipelines following the bronze-silver-gold architecture, ensuring data accuracy and security.
Perform data transformation with Azure Databricks (PySpark, Spark SQL) and optimize performance.
Support AI/ML projects by preparing high-quality, structured data for predictive models.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data engineering, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in data engineering.
Strong skills in data processing, SQL, Spark, PySpark, and Databricks.
Experience in real-time & batch data pipelines (Kafka, Delta Lake).
Experience with Power BI for reporting; knowledge of Qlik is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset.
