Job Purpose:
Senior-level experience in Visual Design and UIUX software and tools. You should have an evident passion for design and illustration. Responsible for gathering and evaluating user requirements and transforming them from design ideas using storyboards, wireframes, prototypes into appealing, highly functional websites. Collaborate with our internal and external Marketing teams to create and deliver high-quality, tailored digital website and email campaigns for our users. Organized at time management, keeping track of project milestones and delivering high-quality deliverables within the project timeline. Highly communicative and responsive both within the team and to stakeholders across the company while managing a large volume of ongoing projects.

Main Responsibilities:
Produce high-quality UIUX design through user research, wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, site maps, and hi-fi prototypes. Ensure that all designs are optimised for a mobile-driven, digital user experience. Continuously improving and refining the design, its flow & usability, at an exceptional level based on UX & performance data. Create high-quality design assets and illustrations such as visual banners, logos, badges, icons, etc. Collaborates with Devs and QAs to ensure compliance to standards and quality. Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the project. Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and whatnots for our digital assets.

Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal. At least 3 years of professional work experience as a Senior Designer in UIUX or Design / Creative background. Degree/College in Web/Multimedia Design, IT or User Interface related fields. Expert level in design & prototyping tools such as Figma, Invision & Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator and XD. Having creative ideas, always with Client’s objectives in mind. Strong understanding and passion for creative thinking and user-centered design. Mastery in UIUX design and creating deliverables including animating prototypes, userflows, wireframes, component library, hi-fi design. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images;. Ability to communicate, collaborate and work closely with different departments like Design, Developers, Account Manager, SEO - as well as external stakeholders in a multi-national and diverse company. Design expert with a keen eye for details in layout, color, fonts, spacing, design consistencies etc. Self-directed, team player, proactive, and able to keep up in a fast-paced environment. Ability to give and take constructive feedback from colleagues, clients, stakeholders, and capable of interpreting feedback into design solutions;
