Position Purpose:
Lead the development and optimization of comprehensive online marketing strategies for omnichannel sales campaigns. Play a key role in shaping the digital communication strategy, developing advanced KPI frameworks, and ensuring high efficiency in executing large-scale marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Strategy Development: Design and implement robust online marketing strategies aligned with the organization’s business goals. Manage budget allocation and resources for omnichannel campaigns to maximize performance.
Omnichannel Campaign Leadership: Oversee and coordinate campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, TikTok, and other digital channels, ensuring maximum ROI and achievement of key performance indicators.
Data Analysis and Optimization: Leverage advanced data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, Looker, etc.) to analyze customer behavior and improve campaign performance. Provide strategic recommendations based on data insights to enhance user experience and customer journey optimization.
Team Leadership and Development: Coach and train junior team members, ensuring high-level expertise and successful execution of digital marketing strategies. Act as an advisor to internal teams and external partners in optimizing marketing plans.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with relevant departments such as technology, sales, and operations to ensure alignment and synchronization in executing marketing strategies.

Professional Skills: Proficient in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads), data analysis, and performance measurement tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, etc.). Expertise in building and executing digital marketing strategies and coordinating omnichannel campaigns.
