We are seeking a high-caliber Vietnamese professional to join our client, a FDI company, as a Manager or Director in Business Strategy & Corporate Planning. This role will support the General Director and work closely with the global and regional teams to drive strategic planning, business development, and organizational transformation as the Vietnam office expands its presence across Asia.
This is a key leadership position intended for someone who can think strategically, manage cross-functional projects, and lead organizational improvement aligned with the company\'s global growth vision.

◾️Key Responsibilities:
・Work directly with the General Director and leadership team to formulate and implement mid-to-long-term business strategies
・Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and internal performance reviews to support strategic decision-making
・Lead or coordinate cross-functional improvement projects across planning, operations, sales, and supply chain
・Collaborate with Japanese and regional headquarters on Asia-wide initiatives, such as product development and strategic procurement
・Build and manage high-performing internal teams or functions as needed (project-based or long-term)
・Create business plans, management reports, and strategy documents for internal and external stakeholders
・Support company-wide transformation initiatives (digitalization, automation, organizational change, etc.)
