Navigos Search\'s client is an FDI accounting service company.

1. Outsourcing Services (80%)

- Provide outsourcing services, including bookkeeping, tax compliance, payroll processing, insurance, human resources, consulting, retainer services, and more, to clients.
- Conduct audit procedures under the supervision of managers (limited to available time outside of outsourcing tasks).
- Carry out additional assignments as directed by management, following the company’s policies.
- Support Managers and Directors in establishing and maintaining accounting controls for FDI clients.
- Review financial statements (monthly/quarterly), payroll, and tax returns (e.g., VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT) prepared by Associates.
- Communicate with FDI clients and participate in meetings with the engagement team and clients.
- Assist Managers and Senior Managers in researching accounting and professional technical matters.
- Oversee, train, and review the work of junior staff.
- Provide other outsourcing services, including monthly/quarterly financial reviews, tax health checks, retainers, and tax advisory.

2. Audit and Assurance Services (20%)
- Perform audit procedures under managerial supervision for audit clients.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned by management, following company policies.
