Manage and optimize digital advertising activities on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams, including theSales Teamand CEO, to understand product offerings, analyze market trends, and identify gaps for brand positioning.
Conduct regular analysis of competitorstrategies and adjust marketing efforts accordingly.
Monitor, report, and evaluate the performance of digital marketing channels using KPIsto ensure continuous optimization and maximum ROI.
Stay updated on industry trends and adjust marketing tactics to remain competitive in the market.
Plan and organize internal trainingsessions for employee branding and knowledge sharing.

Proven track record with Google Marketing Platforms(Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) and Facebook Marketing.
Experience working in a software outsourcingor IT company is highly preferred.

Excellent communication skillsand the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
Ability towork independently and proactively, creative.
Proficiency in Englishfor internal and external communication.
