- Design experiment for Rich's products
- Build process parameters for new products
- Work with Sales and Marketing to understand product definition and attributes of new products properly, then translating it into R&D language
- Make report for new projects by summarize and analyze lab trial/plant trial data
- Manage plant trial for new products/ cost saving projects
- Transit process to QA and Operation for commercial run
- Manage the work environment is sanitary, safe and orderly
- Investigate/ do trouble shooting for product quality issues
- Maintains accurate, up-to-date records into ELN
- Provide information relating to products when requested. (Nutritional data, product handling, ingredients...)
- Other tasks as assigned
