We are looking for a Senior Executive, Tenant Engagement who will be in charge to maintain tenant relations, and collaborate with other stakeholders.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
1. Tenant Relations:
• Build trust and increase positive as well as healthy relationships with tenants to strengthen their loyalty and reduce turnover rate.
• Handle tenant requests and concerns promptly and personally whenever possible.
• Take ownership of issues until resolved to the satisfaction of the tenant.
• Perform and evaluate satisfaction surveys and track the results over time to provide insight into how engaged tenants are and identify areas for improvement
• Prepare and complete documents related to Tenants’ enquiries after they sign Lease Agreement; like: Amendment, MOU, Novation, Liquidation, Official Letter, etc.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
• Manage service recovery when tenants have been inconvenienced.
2. Collaborate with other stakeholders:
