1. Manage cosmetics & personal care brand in the mass market from marketing perspective.
2. Expand the business scope and deliver growth in net sales, market share.
3. Develop and define the strategic direction and prepare quater and annual marketing plan to top management grounded in consumer insight and numbers.
4. Lead and supervise a team to develop NPD and campaign with flawless execution including product development, pricing, communication strategy, and monthly sales review as well as A&P control.
5. Control A&P budget and ensure sales forecast accuracy.
6. Establish and maintain partnerships with agency KOCs, KOLs, and influencers for promotional activities, including live streaming and offline events.
7. Monitor sales performance, quickly find out root cause and conduct action plan if necessary.
8. Be Marketing team’s contact window of headquarter brand (Medianswer, dasique, Unleashia, Marynmay, Innergarm)
9. Organize and participate in offline events, product launches, and promotional campaigns to stimulate customer interest and boost sales.
10. Keep abreast of industry trends and dynamics to ensure HeBe VN remains a competitive force in the market.
