• Responsible for all activities of the Marketing department: Market research, building marketing strategies for brands, products, communication programs, promotions according to the company's orientation.
• Plan and implement advertising campaigns for the Company's products and services on online channels: Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Website, ...
• Implement promotional campaigns and build brands through Digital Marketing tools (SEO/SEM, Facebook ADS, Social Media, ...) and offline forms: OOH, Event,....
• Research customer behavior, online media and the environment to provide regular insights and effective strategic advice to the Board of Directors.
• Build and develop the marketing department staff.
• Manage the marketing department staff: organize work, check, evaluate.
• Achieve financial goals of business and marketing activities by forecasting demand, monitoring annual budgets.
