The Sales Management & Analytics role is responsible for delivering insightful data analytics and reporting to support strategic decision-making within the Retail Banking segment. The role involves preparing comprehensive performance reports, facilitating data-driven decisions through advanced tools, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of analytics outputs.

- Data Reporting and Analysis:
o Prepare and maintain accurate sales incentive and broker commission reports.
o Generate periodical sales performance reports to track and evaluate team and individual achievements.
o Develop and deliver ad-hoc data queries to address specific business needs.
o Create advanced analytics reports leveraging tools like Power BI, SQL, and Excel.
- Business Analytics and Strategy Support:
o Analyze market and internal performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
o Provide actionable insights to support the strategic planning of sales and product initiatives.
o Develop predictive models and forecasting to guide revenue and expense management decisions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Work closely with internal teams, including Finance and IT, to manage data integrity and reporting frameworks.
