Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at G. Pacific Logistics Co., Ltd. in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This position will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales activities, providing training to the sales team, and overseeing sales management strategies to drive revenue and customer growth.
• Take responsibility about individual target and team sales target.
• Conducting market analysis to identify potential customers and competitors.
• Effectively communicating and negotiating with customers and vendors.
• Understanding pricing models and service differentiation.
• Building rapport/ relationship with clients and understanding their needs. Attending on client meetings or site visits.
• Checking, comparing and making quotation to customers.
• Taking responsibility about PnL, collecting debit and dealing contracts.
• Daily, weekly, monthly sales report.
• Any Adhoc mission from the company.
