Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Compensation & Rewards (C&R) Team Leader to oversee the design, implementation, and management of compensation and rewards programs in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires a strong understanding of payroll, benefits administration, compliance, and rewards strategies to ensure fair and competitive compensation practices.
The C&R Team Leader will also play a key role in optimizing processes and supporting HR strategies that drive employee engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Design and implement salary structures, bonuses, and incentive programs.
• Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive and fair compensation.
• Ensure labor law compliance and internal policy alignment.
• Optimize C&B processes using HR systems and analytics.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance/Accounting, and leadership on compensation decisions.
