Under general supervision of HR Manager, Senior HR Executive position performs a wide variety of human resource functions which may include recruitment/selection, performance reviews, classification/compensation plans, employee relations in order that goals and objectives set by HR Manager for the organization's objectives are achieved.
1. General HR functions:
• Assist HR Manager to manage all daily HR and HR related activities as assigned by the Management to HR Department.
• Develop and Oversee the implementation and administration of Human Resources policies, programs and practices.
• Assist in leading the development of department goals, objectives and systems
• Be responsible for developing and monitoring Human Resources annual budget.
2. Headcount planning and staffing:
• Coordinate all Departments in headcount and recruitment planning and ensure the effective implementation of the Plan is in accordance with Company’s policy.
