A. Accounting & Report functions
• Handle accounts for subsidiaries;
• In charge of the accounts and handling month-end closing for local entities;
• Check & review subsidiaries’ accounts and reports of GMA Group;
• Responsible for AP, AR & fixed assets and month-end closing activities;
• Prepare journal entries;
• Process payment for approved invoices and claims;
• Maintain fixed asset register and balance sheet and income statement;
• Check and process payment and accrual entries, generate adjustment entries, and assist in preparing profit and loss statements and balance sheets during month-end or quarterly closing.
• Control and maintain month-end reconciliation to financial statements;
• Reconciliation for the inter-company transaction, ensure inter-company transactions comply with related party transaction regulations;
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and internal control policies & their compliances;
• Maintain the filling system in a safe condition and compliance with accounting;
• Liaise with all internal departments for reports, external auditors, bankers, tax agents, and Statutory Board.
