II. What you will do
• Assist in developing and promulgating a system of contract templates, in charge of reviewing all contracts of the Company in high standard and in bilingual (English & Vietnamese).
• Assist in reviewing & standardizing the internal policy & procedures for each function/department and cross functions workflow and the guidelines to implement those compliance programs.
• Prepare, and submit the application(s), and liaise with authorities for the license, and sub-license in terms of company business.
• Proactively keep track and update with the new relevant laws and regulations that impact company business.
• Provide legal advice and assist with the corporate compliance requirements and business cases/issues to manage and reduce the compliance risk or avoid costly litigation.
• Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

• 3++ years of experience in Legal & Compliance. Expertise in tech & FMCG companies and a good understanding of corporate business and culture will be preferred.
