Responsibilities:
- Commercial Finance Partnering: Collaborate with Commercial and Merchandise teams to provide data-driven feedback for better decision-making and governance. Areas of focus include:
- Commercial Finance Partnering
• Pricing, Gross-to-Net, and front margin analysis
• Profitability and gross margin improvement for categories, brands, and SKUs
• Supplier trading term analysis and negotiation
• Margin management and enhancement
• Promotion planning, execution, and claim-back processes
• Promotion investment analysis
• Space productivity analysis and improvements
- Supply Chain Finance & Operations Partnering: Work with various business functions such as Site Selection, Operations, and Supply Chain teams in areas including:
- Supply Chain Finance & Operations Partnering
• Demand planning and S&OP processes
• Supply chain analysis (sourcing, storing, and transportation)
• Inventory and SKU management
• Store performance analysis
- E-commerce P&L management: Collaborate with E-commerce teams to provide insights, highlights through historical data and recommend areas of improvements. Areas of focus include:
- E-commerce P&L management
