JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- To assist the Company in legal matters and limit the legal risks for the company:
- Forecast & provide legal advice and services in relation to the business activities, projects and operation in advance and immediately on time.
- Draft, review and advise contracts/ agreements (lease agreement/ tenancy agreement, etc.) required by the Company to Ensure legality of contract/agreements.
- Apply for the necessary licenses.
- Update the new Law documents related to the Company\'s business activities
- Weekly & monthly reporting to BOD; performing other tasks required by Board of Director.

- At least 3-5 years of experience of working in real estate is preferred.
