• Provide accurate costing to Customers within the deadlines, keep in mind the departmental KPI targets on Earning Per Minute (EPM), and prepare KPI achievements to present to the management.
• Review Bill of Materials (BOM) estimation to ensure the matching with costed FOB, and accurate data is input in the system.
• Ensure the raw material prices and payment term are negotiated with Suppliers. Track Suppliers\' payments report and follow up with Finance team to ensure payment is released to Suppliers as per agreed timeline.
• Review samples and highlight potential callouts related to high risk styles. Coordinate with relevant teams on testing samples/ TOP samples, or any other samples as per customers\' requirements to meet OTD. Ensure all the samples and developments are on track to meet On Time Tracking (OTT).
• Ensure the Purchase Order (PO) is raised on time with accurate information and does not exceed costed EPM.
• Manage capacity with Customers, and Planning Team. Ensure capacity is utilized, and released as per agreed deadline. Closely follow up factory\'s planning team to ensure bulk production is on track and per line plan.
• Coordinate with Technical department / Development team to solve related issues from development stage to bulk production and final shipment.
• Reserve the capacity with Embellishment / Washing plants to meet target TNA.
