OVERVIEW
GTE Localize is seeking a qualified Performance Marketing Manager to lead and manage our Marketing department. Given our focus on the global B2B market, our marketing efforts are entirely digital, with a strong emphasis on Paid Advertising (Google Ads) and SEO. While we've called this role "Performance Marketing Manager," it essentially encompasses the responsibilities of a Digital Marketing Manager.
The ideal candidate will bring a dual skill set to the table. On the management side, we're looking for someone with proven experience managing a team of 3-5 people. When it comes to technical expertise, the successful applicant will possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in either SEO or Google Ads, coupled with a good understanding of other digital marketing channels.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and manage a team of at least 3-5 digital marketing professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and performance
- Optimize all the current digital marketing (DM) channels (e.g. Website, Ads, SEO, Email campaigns, social media) to ensure a growth in Lead acquisition and company branding.
- Identify and propose new digital channels to acquire Leads.
- Make plans, propose budgets and monitor KPIs for DM activities.
- Work closely with Sales team to maximize the Client conversion rate from MKT perspective/scope.
