• Support the operation team in communicating with international clients & partners (primarily in Italian).

• Receive and process invoices and other documents according to instruction and procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure service delivery meets the required timeline.
• Assist in drafting and translating documents (Italian – English/Vietnamese) as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
