1、试产前会议:主导产前会议,确认生产需求及生产出货需求;
Trial run meeting: Take trial run meeting to confirm production delivery and quality requirement, and other special requirement;
2、负责产品设计DFM检查、规范可制造性设计等;
Responsible for product design DFM inspection, optimize manufacturability design, etc.
3、负责检查量产/试产准备的完整性、生产资料有质量地输出(BOM、钢网文件、坐标文件、位号文件、特殊工艺要求、量产测试方案等);
Responsible for checking the integrity of mass production/trial production preparation and quality output of production materials (BOM, stencil files, X/Y data files, location files, special process requirements, mass production test plan, etc.);
4、负责量产测试规划、验证与导入、产品生产流程拟定;
Responsible for mass production test planning, verification and import, product production process formulation;
5、负责试产问题收集与预警、试产跟进与试产报告问题汇总;
Responsible for trial production problem collection and early warning, trial production follow-up and trial production report problem gather;
6、负责生产测试夹具设计、协助并跟进生产夹具制作与导入;
Responsible for production test fixture design, assist and follow up production fixture manufacture and import;
7、负责工厂新产品维修培训与指导;
Responsible for new production repair training and guidance;
8、协助处理量产/试产项目报废品、RMA工艺不良分析与判定;
Assist to analysis and judgment of waste products and RMA process defects of mass production/pilot production projects;
9、负责确保生产工艺可靠性验证;
Responsible for ensuring production process reliability and verification;
10、协助其他部门外协加工厂[OEM/ODM]评审、导入等;
Assist other departments to review and aduit the third supplier[OEM/ODM].etc;

1、熟悉硬件开发流程、具备一定电子基础知识; Familiar with hardware development process, have basic knowledge of electronics; 2、熟悉PCBA生产工艺流程、整机组装流程、熟悉IPC行业规范、了解行业测试规范与常规检查手法; Familiar with PCBA production process, whole machine assembly process, familiar with IPC industry standard, understand the industry test and routine inspection methods; 3、熟练使用EDA工具(Allegro/Or-cad/Pads/CAM350),熟练使用AutoCAD/Pro-E等3D工具,熟练使用Windows Office办公软件等工具; Skilled use of EDA tools (Allegro/ OR-CAD /Pads/CAM350), 3D tools such as AutoCAD/Pro-E and Windows Offices software; 4、熟练使用维修工具烙铁、风枪、万用表、示波器等,具备分析与维修PCBA基本能力; Skilled use of maintenance tools such as soldering iron, hot air gun, multimeter, oscilloscope, etc., have the basic ability to analyze and repair for PCBA; 5、熟悉通讯类PCBA测试流程,能够调试与使用校准/综测设备,了解RF测试、验证常见手法等; Familiar with PCBA of communication production test process, able to debug and use calibration/integrated test equipment, familiar with RF test, verification common practices, etc.;
三、补充说明Additional Notes: 1、3年以上手机/PAD等相关通信行业或电子品质工程工作经验; At least 3 years working experience in mobile phone /PAD or related communication industry or electronic quality engineering 2、高通、MTK平台消费类电子产品经验者优先; Experience in consumer electronics of Qualcomm and MTK platform is preferred; 3、熟悉SMT工艺 PE工程工作经验优先; Familiar with SMT process PE engineering experience is preferred; 4、了解通讯产品测试标准、方法; Understand the testing standards and methods of communication product ; 5、普通话、英语良好,可以阅读理解英文技术资料; Good Command of English and Mandarin, able to read and understand English technical documents. Ability to communicate in Mandarin. 6、吃苦耐劳、逻辑性强,责任心强,良好的沟通、协调、谈判能力与技巧; Hardworking, logical, responsible,strong sense of responsibility, good communication, coordination, negotiation skills;
