Project Coordination and Management – Planning, Scheduling and Allocating resources to ensure adherence to project schedule
Monitor and provide project progress reports to the Management.
Review mechanical drawings including verification of details.
Monitor progress of fabrication and ensure timely completion.
Ensure project meets contract requirements, specifications and budget.
Coordination of movement of parts required for production.
Resolve all technical & manpower issues.
Attend meeting with client & other stakeholders.
Liaise with client, sub-contractor, and inspectors to discuss technical issues when required.
Source and liaise with vendors for project parts as and when required.
Handle progressive claim & final claim for variation order.
Prepare quotation, cost estimate, and budget for projects.

Bilingual in Vietnamese and English
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Structural Engineering or equivalent
Min 2 years experience in Project Management
Possess own transport & willing to travel
Candidates without the necessary experience but with the right attitude may be considered.
Proactive, Meticulous & Willing to learn
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project)
