• Consult national and international clients on Process Safety and Engineering (PSE) Services.
• Actively engage in tracking opportunities, managing bidding processes, and coordinating proposal submissions.
• Coordinate with clients and subcontractors to prepare proposals.
• Coordinate PSE consulting projects:
- Creating a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Determining project changes.
- Providing administrative support as needed.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Assessing project risks and issues and providing solutions where applicable.
- Chairing / facilitating or attending meetings where appropriate and distributing minutes to all project team members.
• Plan and organize training sessions on process safety and engineering for internal teams and clients.
