Customer Service Officer:
- To ensure timely, adequate and exact service of cash in/ cash out/ fund transfer
- To ensure best customer satisfaction
- Handling all job as teller /one-stop service: Opening Account, Deposit, Inward & Outward Remittance, Credit Card
- Report all overall tasks and quality of work & business - Printing daily reports for Manager approval.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
