We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise-level system integration and automation projects. This role focuses on managing log management implementations, automation initiatives, and cloud integrations while working closely with offshore development teams.
- Gather and clarify business requirements for automation and log management projects
- Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring on-time delivery
- Coordinate between offshore and internal development teams (based in Singapore,
Vietnam, India) and stakeholders from Singapore and Japan HQ
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure deliverables meet requirements
- Lead technical documentation efforts and maintain a knowledge base
- Arrange and conduct Proof of Concept (PoC) demonstrations
- Address technical queries related to implementations and documentation

- Minimum 5 years of technical project management experience
- Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 or higher)
- Strong track record managing offshore and onsite teams
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and integration tools
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise-wide system implementations
- Ability to research and access new technologies quickly
- Have planning and managing task skill
- Can work under high pressure
- Can work both independently and teamwork effect
