As the Creative Design Lead of the Design Function, you will be responsible for shaping the creative art direction and overseeing the product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to market-ready solutions. Working closely with the merchandise manufacturing and sales teams, you will transform ideas into visually compelling and market-driven products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Design Innovation
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices in art direction to drive innovation and elevate visual storytelling across all design projects.
- Research, brainstorm, and generate compelling design ideas for projects, including feature images for blogs, product designs, mock-ups, and specification sheets.
2. Creative Design Leadership
- Provide strategic guidance in both industrial and graphic design, ensuring impactful and market-relevant concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design strategies that align with business and marketing objectives.
