Purpose of works
● To cooperate with Centers to ensure a high quality of client services and operations of academic program
● To supervise, lead teacher teams and program staff in order to uphold high quality of teacher standards includ
planning, lesson execution, assessing of students, professionalism and parent communication.
II. Job Descriptions
1. Academic Support
● Lesson plan checking & contents support
● Newsletters review
● Student Report Card review & final check
● Teacher observations & evaluations (KPI)
● Teacher training and coaching
● Approve of Materials requests
● Create academic schedules for weekly outings
● Supervise Program Executive in support teacher academic needs
● Report to Program Manager for additional resources and support as needed
