- Perform after-sales services such as investigating, solving the customer claims and consulting on maintenance of the company's designated battery products.
- Root cause diagnostics of specific technical issues and complaints and offering immediate or timely solutions
- Interface with customers to establish and maintain a continuous positive relationship as well as follow up with their concerns and problems.
- Provide customer training on technical specification of products in accordance with current field procedures
- Answer customer questions about product quality or technical solutions, including phone support, in-house training
- Collaborate with technical manager and sales team to develop customers visit plan to monitor and check-up battery quality status.
- Be able to analyse competitor’s products and make technical comparison reports.
- Periodically report to the technical manager on customer complaints
- Collaborate with sales team to consult accurate products or provide technical solution per application in time.
