Mô Tả Công Việc Kế toán thanh toán Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận
1/ Manage receipts:
Perform collection operations: collect debts, receive daily cash receipts from cashiers;
Monitor customer card payments;
Monitor shareholder, customer, employee debts and urge debt collection;
Monitor bank deposits;
Manage and verify the legality of receipts and payments;
Control cashier activities.
2/ Manage expenses:
Plan periodic debt payments with suppliers;
Directly perform cash and bank payments for suppliers and partners such as: Contacting to reconcile debts, receiving invoices, reviewing payment requests, creating payment vouchers;
Perform internal payment operations such as salaries, bonuses, allowances, and advance payments.
3/ Monitor cash fund management:
Coordinate with the cashier to perform collection and payment operations according to regulations;
Print daily cash and fund balance reports for the General Accountant/ Chief Accountant;
Check and reconcile end-of-day fund balances with the cashier.
4/ Other tasks:
Monitor and report on revenue and expenditure management;
Prepare reports, Perform other tasks assigned by superiors;
Print relevant documents and books to submit to superiors periodically or suddenly upon request;
Report on debt status with customers and suppliers to the management board;
Support some tasks relating to tax and general accounting;
Reconcile debt with customers and suppliers;
Explain data upon request.

Have at least 3 year of experience in the position of payment accountant;
Have knowledge of Finance, Accounting, Administration at the enterprise;
Understand the standards and regulations of the State in the fields of accounting, finance, tax;
Skills in synthesizing, analyzing, and controlling corporate finance.
