Mô Tả Công Việc Kế toán tổng hợp Với Mức Lương Thỏa thuận
Preparing monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports, tax reports and other analysis reports as required.
Manage AR, AP, ensure to collect AR, make payment on time.
Prepare cash flow forecast for finance controlling. Monitor cash requirement. Prepare budgeting and planning periodically.
Ensure all revenue/sales and expenses are properly recognized in a timely manner and explainable.
Review general ledgers, P&L, BS. Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and comply with Vietnam regulations.
Review all accounting procedure to improve internal control. Be required to recognize risks of data and report to BOD for solution.
Work with the auditor for annual financial reports.
Other task assigned by manager.
Double check monthly, quarterly and yearly tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT, and FCT)
Check the validation of all tax invoices.
Be able to deal with Tax officers if there are any Tax issues.

Bachelor’s degree in Accountant / Finance is required.
Experience working with ERP Software is an advantage.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft office, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to analyze, make decision and solve problems, attention to detail.
Good planning and organization skills.
Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
